working principle:

The patch dripper directly enters the conveyor track when the conveyor rod is pushed by the gas. The conveyor track has a groove with a depth of 3.5mm (the thickness of the patch dripper is 2.8mm, the width is 6mm, and the length is 25mm). There is a 140mm deep and 1.5mm groove in the middle. The thickness of the groove, the patch dripper drives the synchronous wheel (main) under the power of the PLC controlled servo motor, and is propelled by the synchronous wheel. The middle groove of the conveyor track is chromium-plated to increase its wear resistance and smoothness. With the 1.5mm groove passed smoothly, the gap between the timing belt and the patch dripper is adjusted by adjusting the bolt, and the slider is adjusted to make the friction force moderate.
