1. Hengxiang Plastic Machinery reminds you that before using the inverter: the ambient temperature and humidity should be detected first. Too high temperature will cause the inverter to overheat and alarm. In severe cases, it will directly cause the inverter power device to be damaged and the circuit to short-circuit; too humid air will directly cause the inverter to short-circuit internally. When the converter is running, pay attention to whether its cooling system is normal, such as whether the air duct ventilation is smooth and whether the fan has abnormal sound. Inverters with higher protection levels, such as inverters above IP20, can be directly opened and installed. Inverters below IP20 should generally be installed in a cabinet. Therefore, the heat dissipation effect of the inverter will directly affect the normal operation of the inverter. The ventilation system of the inverter, such as whether the fan rotates smoothly and whether there is dust and blockage in the air inlet, are areas that cannot be ignored in our daily inspections. Check whether the converter and motor make abnormal noises, whether the current display on the converter panel is too large or the current variation is too large, whether the output UV three-phase voltage and current are balanced, etc.

It is recommended that you regularly maintain the Hengxiang plastic machine: regularly remove dust and check whether the fan air inlet is blocked, and clean the air filter cooling duct and internal dust every month. Once a year, regular inspection: check whether the screws, bolts and connectors are loose, confirm that the control voltage is correct, and perform sequential protection action test; confirm that there is no abnormality in the protection display circuit; confirm that the output voltage is balanced when the inverter works alone.



Carefully carry out the daily maintenance and inspection of the inverter, mainly including: (1) Regularly remove dust from the inverter, check whether there is dust on the air inlet, air inlet and upper part of the air inlet of the inverter, and whether there is excessive dust blocking. The converter requires a large ventilation volume for its own heat dissipation, so after a period of operation, the surface dust is very serious and needs to be cleaned and dusted regularly. Open the front door of the inverter and disassemble the back door. Carefully check whether the AC and DC busbars are deformed, corroded and oxidized, whether there are loose screws at the busbar connection, whether there are loose screws at each installation fixing point, and whether the fixings are aging, cracking or deformed. If there are, they should be replaced and re-tightened in time. The deformed busbar should be corrected and reinstalled.

3. Replacement of parts: The inverter is composed of many parts. The performance of some parts will gradually decline and age after long-term operation. This is also the main reason for the failure of the inverter. In order to ensure the normal operation of the equipment for a long time, the following parts should be replaced regularly: Cooling fan The power module of the inverter is a device with serious heat generation. The heat generated during continuous operation should be discharged in time. The general fan life is about 10kh~40kh. According to the continuous operation of the inverter, it is possible to replace a direct cooling machine in 2~3 years. Direct cooling machines are divided into two-wire and three-wire. The two-wire inverter has one positive line and the other negative line. The inverter cannot be connected incorrectly; the three-wire inverter has a detection line in addition to the positive and negative lines. Be careful with the inverter, otherwise it will cause the frequency conversion overheating alarm. Generally, DC fans are 12V and 24V. Do not make a mistake in the voltage level when replacing.
