At present, drip irrigation tape has been widely used in the north and south of my country. It is an important support for the current water-saving irrigation technology - drip irrigation technology. And in order to achieve a good irrigation effect, we must pay attention when laying the drip irrigation tape to ensure the standardization of the laying operation. 1. The plot where the drip irrigation equipment is installed should be finely grounded and the root stubble should be picked clean. Straw, stones, weeds, etc. are easy to puncture the drip irrigation tape, so that the ground film is lifted and water vapor is generated in the ground film, forming a lens effect.

During installation, the staff should carefully read the instruction manual of each component and connect them in the correct installation method.

3. The paving of the drip irrigation tape should keep the labyrinth side facing up (that is, the embossed protrusion side facing up) on the film. It cannot be laid upside down and cannot be tightened.

4. After the main, branch, and attached pipes are installed on the plot, agricultural machinery and farm tools are strictly prohibited from rolling and scraping the pipes to avoid external damage and shorten the service life.

5. If mechanical laying is adopted, the pulley and the rotating mechanism should be equipped with bearings to make the pulley rotate flexibly and the drip irrigation belt cannot be extended or retracted, which will cause the maze to deform and affect the dripping amount.

6. When laying, the drip irrigation belt can be buried shallowly to avoid burns. You can also lay a layer of soil about 1 mm thick on the drip irrigation belt or ground film to destroy the lens structure and avoid burns.



7. After the drip irrigation equipment is installed, a special person should be arranged to manage it, and the valve should not be disassembled or closed privately.

8. After the system is installed, water should be supplied to the drip irrigation system in time to prevent sun exposure and ultraviolet exposure to prevent the drip irrigation belt from aging.

The large-scale promotion and application of sub-membrane drip irrigation technology has achieved the purpose of water saving and increasing production, but due to the phenomenon of drip irrigation belt burning during drip irrigation, small holes burned by sub-membrane drip irrigation belts and water leakage during operation, the drip irrigation system cannot work normally. This paper analyzes the reasons for the above phenomena in drip irrigation projects and proposes preventive measures.

Sub-membrane drip irrigation technology is a new type of irrigation technology that combines the advantages of sub-membrane drip irrigation technology with drip irrigation technology, and is also an extension and deepening of sub-membrane cultivation technology. The small water droplets attached to the ground film form convex lenses under the sun. After the sun is aggregated, it falls on the drip irrigation belt under the film, forming local high temperature, causing the surface of the drip irrigation belt to burn and melt, resulting in holes and belt surface damage. The small water droplets on the surface of the membrane exist for a short time due to the influence of wind, sunlight, evaporation and other environmental factors, and the probability of damaging the water droplets under the membrane is relatively small. However, when the weather is clear during the day, the temperature is high, the light is strong, and there is no wind or rain, larger water droplets are likely to gather on the membrane and focus more strongly, which can easily cause larger area burns to the drip irrigation tape.
