A brief discussion on the working mechanism of drip irrigation equipment

The multiple key technologies involved in the high-speed extrusion molding process of drip irrigation tapes were studied, and the wear mechanism of the key components of the drip irrigation tape extrusion molding equipment, the screw and barrel, was studied. In addition, the special integrated device for barrel laser repair, the drip irrigation tape molding wheel and the tape winding device were designed in detail. During the production process of drip irrigation tapes, the granular PE raw materials become molten under heating, screw shearing and extrusion, and mechanical wear occurs with the high-speed rotating screw and barrel. At the same time, some raw materials undergo chemical decomposition under high temperature and high pressure, releasing acidic substances, which chemically corrode the screw and barrel. Aiming at the wear mechanism of the screw and barrel in plastic machinery, the microstructure of the failed screw surface was observed using an optical electron microscope to analyze the cause of wear; the hardness of the screw before and after nitriding was compared and analyzed using a Rockwell hardness tester, and corresponding measures to delay the wear of the screw and barrel were proposed. By studying the working principle of the failed barrel repair equipment and combining the special structure of the extruder barrel with a large aspect ratio, special equipment suitable for repairing the inner surface of the barrel is designed, including a beam expander collimation adjustment mechanism, a reflector seat, a focusing device, etc., which effectively solves the key technical problems of repairing the inner surface of the failed barrel and allows the scrapped barrel to be reused. Through the study of the drip irrigation tape extrusion molding wheel, an integral molding wheel is designed, which effectively improves the assembly accuracy and reduces the production flow deviation of the drip irrigation tape. Through the design of the winding device, the high-speed extrusion efficiency of the drip irrigation tape production line is adapted, non-stop winding during continuous production is achieved, and the winding quality is improved. This paper studies the above-mentioned key technologies, which is of great significance to improving the technical level of my country's drip irrigation tape production equipment.
