Equipment composition:

The temperature control device uses an intelligent digital display temperature control instrument to accurately control the temperature; the basic structural type of the head is an intermediate feeding spiral head; the cooling system of the double air inlet dam type large air volume cooling air ring; shield type foam stabilizing plate, etc.

Equipment performance:

The ground film equipment can be used to produce transparent or black or black and white PE film for ground covering to increase soil temperature, maintain soil moisture, maintain soil structure, prevent pests from attacking crops and diseases caused by certain microorganisms, and promote plant growth.


Installation method:

When installing the ground film blowing machine, you should pay attention to adjusting the middle line of the extruder head and the middle of the traction roller to keep them horizontal and vertical, and they must not deviate or tilt. When winding, please pay attention to the coordination of the traction speed and the winding speed due to the gradual expansion of the outer diameter of the winding, and please adjust it in time. After the main machine is turned on, pay close attention to the operation of the main machine, and adjust, correct, and correct the electrical instruments and controllers in time to ensure its normal operation. The main machine gearbox and traction reducer should be refueled frequently and the gear oil should be replaced. For new machines, please replace the new gear oil after about 10 days of use to ensure the normal operation of all rotating parts. Pay attention to refueling to prevent jamming and overheating damage. You should also check the fastening of each connection part to prevent the bolt from loosening. The compressed air in the bubble tube should be kept at an appropriate amount, because the compressed air will leak out during the traction process, please replenish it in time. Clean and replace the filter in the head frequently to prevent blockage, and strictly prevent impurities such as iron, sand, and stone from mixing into the plastic particles to avoid damage to the screw barrel. The plastic film has a certain tension resistance. A simple tension sensor similar to a swing roller is used to send the signal of the tension sensor to the feedback input end of the inverter to control the winding speed.
