Micro-sprinkler irrigation equipment has different installation methods according to the type of sprinkler when it is used and installed. It can be roughly divided into three types: one is hanging upside-down micro-sprinkler, the second is ground-inserted rod micro-sprinkler, and the third is ground porous micro-sprinkler belt. The following are the differences in the installation and use of the three types of micro-sprinkler equipment:
1. Suspended micro-sprinkler irrigation equipment/inverted micro-sprinkler irrigation equipment. Suspended/inverted micro-sprinkler irrigation equipment is just as the name implies. The sprinkler head is upside down and sprays downward. Therefore, suspended/inverted micro-sprinkler irrigation equipment is often used in greenhouse planting environments. It can quickly combine the inverted sprinkler head with the greenhouse frame structure, eliminating the workload of re-erecting the inverted sprinkler head support structure. In addition, the use of suspended/inverted micro-sprinkler irrigation equipment in greenhouse irrigation can better reflect the advantages of water-saving irrigation equipment, help to create a microclimate in the greenhouse, maintain air humidity, and promote crop growth in many ways. Agricultural irrigation hanging/inverted micro-sprinkler irrigation is suitable for all kinds of vegetables, flowers, edible fungi, cutting seedlings, or tropical rainforest plants such as iron trees, money trees, bananas, etc.
2. Plug-in micro-sprinkler irrigation equipment/ground-inserted micro-sprinkler irrigation equipment. This type of micro-sprinkler irrigation equipment requires the sprinkler nozzle to be fixed vertically on the ground, and the water spray outlet sprays upward to form a micro-sprinkler irrigation effect. It can be used both in greenhouses and outdoors. It can generally be fixed by various ground-inserted fixed brackets. This type of micro-sprinkler irrigation has a good effect, and the buried sprinkler head has a higher water-saving function and is easier to maintain. It can be widely used for vegetables, flowers, edible fungi, seedlings and fruit cultivation, etc.
3. Multi-hole micro-spray belt. Micro-spray belt is a micro-spray irrigation equipment with great advantages in terms of cost, laying difficulty and construction engineering. However, the sprinkler irrigation effect is not as good as the above two. However, it can basically meet the vast majority of irrigation needs, so it is also more popular. Micro-spray belt is usually made of polyethylene, and holes are opened on both sides by laser. During garden irrigation operations, it can be sprayed on both sides of the pipe through the holes. The laying length of micro-spray belt reaches 100 meters, and the coverage range is about 3-10 meters. Garden irrigation projects usually only need one or two micro-spray belts for a greenhouse. Low cost, quick installation, and convenient maintenance are the advantages of micro-spray belt. It can be used for lawns, flowers, fruit trees, vegetables, grains and other crops.
