It is often used as the inner film of composite flexible packaging materials, and it is also a widely used and large-volume plastic packaging film, accounting for more than 40% of the consumption of plastic packaging films.
Process:
Low-density polyethylene film is generally produced in the following two ways: blow molding and cast film
Cast film has uniform thickness, but is rarely used due to its high price. Blown polyethylene film is made of blow-molded grade PE particles through a blow molding machine.

It is blown and has a low cost, so it is widely used. Low-density polyethylene film is a translucent, glossy, soft film with excellent chemical stability, heat sealing, water resistance and moisture resistance, freezing resistance and boiling. Its main disadvantage is that it has poor barrier properties to oxygen.
Advantages:
Good mechanical properties, the tensile strength is the highest among all plastic films, good stiffness, excellent cold and heat resistance, applicable temperature range of -70℃~150℃, melting point 260℃, softening point 230-240℃, good dimensional stability, small shrinkage at high temperature, good gas barrier performance, resistant to grease, most solvents, dilute acid and alkali, good transparency, light transmittance above 90%, poor UV protection.
