Ordinary film generally refers to polyethylene PE film. At present, the use of polyethylene PE film in China is very large. Before this, most greenhouse farmers mainly used polyvinyl PVC film because PVC film is cheap and has good thermal insulation. However, PVC film is not environmentally friendly. It is easy to release harmful gases under strong sunlight and pollute the environment. Therefore, China began to vigorously promote the use of polyethylene PE film because polyethylene is a non-toxic and harmless material. At present, there are many manufacturers of polyethylene PE film, so the ordinary film that ordinary people think of should refer to polyethylene PE film.

Polyethylene PE film can be divided into three types from the functional point of view. One is the drip-resistant long-life film, also called aging-resistant film. Because the long-life film cannot prevent dripping, it is generally used in areas with dry climate. The other is a drip-free film, also called a long-life drip film. On the basis of the long-life film, a drip agent is added to the inner side of the film to make it have the function of dripping prevention. Therefore, this long-life drip film has a front and back side. The outside is aging-resistant and the inside is drip-proof. It cannot be reversed. There is also a PE anti-fog film, which is based on the long-life drip film and adds a defogging agent, which has a certain defogging ability. The PE anti-fog film also has a front and back side and cannot be reversed.

Po film is a new type of agricultural greenhouse film. Compared with ordinary film, the difference between Po film and ordinary film is:

1) The transparency of Po film is generally higher than that of ordinary film. Generally, the transparency of Po film is more than 90%, while that of ordinary film is about 80% to 85%.

2) Even without additional heat preservation agent, the heat preservation performance of Po film is better than that of ordinary film.

3) Po film has excellent dripping performance, and the dripping duration can be synchronized with the life of the film, while ordinary film either has no dripping function or has a very short dripping duration, generally only 3-4 months.

4) Po film can eliminate fog for life, while ordinary film does not have the defogging type. Even ordinary PE anti-fog film has limited defogging performance.

5) The dripping and defogging performance of Po film is not based on the addition of dripping agent and defogging agent, but on the coating liquid. Through a special process, the coating liquid is applied to the inner surface of Po film, and then formed by drying. Therefore, Po film also has a front and back side, the outside is anti-aging, the inside is a coating layer, and dripping and defogging.

6) The tensile strength of po film, also known as pulling force, is higher than that of ordinary film.

7) Because the production process of po film is more complicated than that of ordinary film, the cost is increased, so the price is more expensive than ordinary film, but because po film has strong aging resistance, even if the price is a little higher, it can be used continuously for many years. On average, the cost of one year is cheaper. The service life of ordinary film is generally one year.
