Structure and composition:

The down-blowing micro-spray tape production line is composed of an extruder device, a water basin cooling, a laser punching system and a winding device. The laser punching machine system is mainly composed of three parts: a stretching mechanism, a vertical feeding mechanism and a traction mechanism. The control part uses a touch-controlled integrated machine and a touch screen as the upper computer, and a digital control card and a PLC as the lower computer. They jointly control the laser generator, the laser scanning galvanometer and the servo motor to achieve high-speed precision punching. The touch screen and PLC program are designed. After debugging and application, the device realizes the function of punching through holes with a diameter of 0.2mm-1mm, and the punching roundness is relatively ideal, which greatly improves the punching processing efficiency and promotes the use of micro-spray tape.
