The automatic pressure tester is a pressure vessel pressure test device. It uses a box with wheels, on which are installed two two-position three-way valves, a pneumatic three-component connecting the two two-position three-way valves and a pressure gauge; the box is equipped with an air storage cylinder connected to the two-position three-way valve.

The two-position three-way valve is also connected to an air inlet pipe extending out of the box and connected to the air compressor; a gas-liquid booster cylinder is also installed in the box, wherein the large cylinder end is connected to another two-position three-way valve, and the small cylinder end has a connecting pipe extending out of the box and connected to the pressure vessel; the press can use a small amount of compressed air to perform pressurization testing on large containers; due to the use of a large and small double piston, a higher hydraulic pressure test can be obtained with a smaller air pressure; the press is small in size, light in weight, and flexible in movement, can produce low and medium pressures, has a wide range of adaptability, is simple to operate, and is easy to use.

Instructions for use:

1. Before using the pressure test pump, check in detail whether the joints of each component are tightened, whether the pressure gauge is normal, and whether the inlet and outlet pipes are installed. The working medium of this pump is 5~50℃ clean water, emulsion or oiler with kinematic viscosity <45mm2/s. It is forbidden to use unclean water with mud and other impurities.

2. In order to improve the efficiency of the pressure test, the pipe or container to be tested can be filled with water first, and then the outlet pipe of the pressure test pump is connected. During the pressure test, if a lot of air is found in the water, the water valve can be turned to release the air.

3. If any slight water seepage is found during the pressure test, the work should be stopped immediately for inspection and repair. It is strictly forbidden to continue to increase the pressure under water seepage.

4. After the pressure test is completed, loosen the water valve first to reduce the pressure to avoid damage to the pressure gauge. When the pressure test pump is not in use, the water in the pump should be drained and a small amount of engine oil should be sucked in to prevent rust.
