The manufacturing precision is high, and multiple water outlets can effectively prevent blockage, and the water outlet is uniform.

1. Use plastic extruders of different models or equivalent models to extrude at the same time. The extruder uses variable frequency speed regulation to control the output.

2. The drip irrigation belt film tube molding die head adopts two-layer co-extrusion hot runner spiral feeding, the film tube adopts cast aluminum air ring cooling, and adopts far-infrared diameter measuring device. The film tube has high strength and uniform thickness.

3. The drip irrigation belt molding uses a separate vacuum suction molding device to achieve the physical properties of the double-layer drip irrigation belt.

4. The drip irrigation belt traction adopts wheel (or flat belt) traction, variable frequency speed regulation, and stable production line.

5. The coiler adopts double-station center tension winding and is equipped with a far-infrared electronic counting device to roll the drip irrigation tape.

6. The electrical appliances and the entire set of units adopt digital electrical control, which is easy to operate.
