The fully automatic stretch film production line uses LLDPE (linear low-density polyethylene) as the main raw material, and produces a self-adhesive single-sided or double-sided co-extruded two-layer or three-layer co-extruded stretch film through extrusion. The co-extruded stretch film produced has higher tensile strength, puncture resistance and impact resistance than single-layer stretch film, and has good shrinkage memory and self-adhesion.
Equipment features:
1. Reasonably designed screw and static mixer to ensure good plasticization, uniform color and high extrusion volume.
2. The die head is made of imported mold steel. After fine processing and heat treatment, the die head will not deform after long-term use and the discharge is more uniform.
3. The cooling steel roller adopts a two-way circuit design and a built-in spiral flow channel to make the roller surface temperature uniform.
4. The production line adopts PLC control, automatic roll change, concealed automatic cutter, easy operation, and ensures the quality of winding.
