The extruder is controlled by PLC or temperature control instrument, with accurate temperature control, effectively ensuring the plasticizing quality; the special screw design ensures high output; the high hardness and low noise helical gear design brings reliable and stable extrusion performance and long service life.

The flow divider of the pipe mold adopts spiral distribution type or blue type flow divider. The large flow space ensures that the melt has enough residence time; the internal stress in the pipe is small, and the inner and outer surfaces are smooth; the mold design is highly flexible and suitable for co-extrusion (two-layer, three-layer, four-layer) molding of all polyolefin materials. Multi-layer pipes are newly developed equipment of our company in recent years. For example, the three-layer pipe has two layers of pure raw materials, and the middle layer is recycled plastic plus glass fiber material, which effectively improves the toughness and strength of the pipe and reduces the production cost of the product.

This production line uses PPR, PERT, PE and other resins as raw materials. The pipe products produced by this production line have excellent properties such as non-toxicity, high temperature resistance, long service life, no scaling, corrosion resistance, and antifreeze.
