The patch drip irrigation belt is a plastic material transport pipe. It is mainly used for greenhouse irrigation. The patch drip irrigation belt uses a plastic hose (drip irrigation pipe) to deliver water to the roots of crops through the orifice or dripper on the capillary tube with a diameter of about 16mm for local irrigation. It is through the dripper or drip irrigation belt with a very small outflow orifice that the water is dripped evenly and slowly into the soil near the roots of the crops.

3. The dripper has a self-filtering window and good anti-clogging performance.

4. It adopts a labyrinth flow channel with a certain pressure compensation effect.

5. The dripper spacing can be determined according to user requirements.

Function of patch drip irrigation belt:

It is currently an effective water-saving irrigation method in arid and water-scarce areas, and its water utilization rate can reach more than nine-tenths. Drip irrigation has a higher water-saving and yield-increasing effect than sprinkler irrigation. At the same time, it can be combined with fertilization to increase fertilizer efficiency by more than double. It can be used for irrigation of fruit trees, vegetables, cash crops and greenhouses, and can also be used for irrigation of field crops in drought-scarce areas. Its disadvantage is that the dripper is easy to scale and clog, so the water source should be strictly filtered. At present, domestic equipment has basically passed the test, and drip irrigation should be developed in areas with conditions.

Drip irrigation water generally passes through the head hub for pressure stabilization, filtration, and fertilization, and then passes through the main pipe and branch pipe, and drips from the drip irrigation belt to the roots of the plant.

The installation of the drip irrigation belt is carried out in the following steps:

1. Punch holes in the branch pipe. Use a special punching tool to punch holes in the PE pipe, PVC pipe, and water delivery belt branch pipe.

2. Connect the water pipe to the drip irrigation tape

3. Clean and seal the head

After the drip irrigation tape and the water pipe are installed according to steps 1 and 2, open the water valve to flush them, flush out the impurities in the system and the drip irrigation tape, fold the tail end of the drip irrigation tape in half, and seal the end with the cut drip irrigation tape head. You can also use a plug to seal it directly.
