1. The quality inspector shall record all data of the sampled products (including long-distance drip test, the recorded data shall be true and shall not be altered randomly).
2. The inspector shall inspect each roll of drip tape delivered by the operator. The inspection items include dripping, bursting pressure, wall thickness, single weight, width and narrowness. The length of the test shall not be less than 5 meters, and the number of samples for each roll shall not be less than once.
3. During the pressure test, the pressure should be adjusted to 0.1Mpa first. Check whether the dripping is uniform. Only after the dripping is normal can the bursting pressure be tested under pressure. The bursting pressure shall not be lower than 0.28Mpa. If it is lower than 0.28Mpa, another section shall be taken for pressure holding test. The pressure shall be kept at 0.15Mpa for 1 hour. If there is no change, it is qualified, otherwise it is unqualified. This situation should be reported in time so that timely adjustments can be made.
4. The inspector shall conduct a rewind inspection on the drip irrigation tape delivered by the operator. The inspection items include appearance, irregular molding, maze fullness, number of joints, joint bundling conditions, number of meters, etc. In principle, the number of rewinds shall not be less than 30% of the batch products. The sampling inspection of rewind products shall be determined by the quality inspection team leader based on various conditions such as pressure, wall thickness, single weight, roll size, etc.

5. For rolls with more than ±3% of the specified range, they shall be handed over to the operator for processing. The operator shall complete the processing and return it within the next working day.
6. The word "rewind" shall be marked on the rewinding products.
7. The quality inspector shall conduct a long-distance drip test for each machine at least once every 160 rolls. The inspection scope shall involve the No. 1 and No. 2 drip irrigation belts of each equipment. The length of each roll shall not be less than 500 meters. The remaining rolls shall be handed over to each shift to make up the number of meters. The number of meters to be made up shall be marked.
8. When the quality inspector finds unqualified products, he shall immediately notify the quality inspection team leader, and the quality inspection team leader shall notify the production team leader on duty and confirm it. The samples can be numbered and retained only when the operator is present.
9. The quality inspector shall control the speed during the rewinding process to avoid damage to the product during the rewinding process, and the purpose is to check the product to find problems.
10. The quality inspection team leader shall summarize the problems found in a timely manner and inform the production director and each team leader. More serious problems shall be reported to the factory director in a timely manner and handled in a timely manner.
11. After using the rewinding machine, the quality inspector must turn off the power supply in time. If waste is caused by failure to turn off the power supply in time, the party concerned shall bear the corresponding costs.
